Yoga at the Farmers Market
Join us again this Saturday, July 27th at 11:00 am for Yoga at the Farmers Market. Ridgetop Yoga Retreat will host another community yoga class at the Farmers Market shelter. Please bring a water bottle, mat and comfortable clothing. The class is free to public, however, we are accepting donations. See you Saturday at the Farmers Market, always fresh, always local.

Second Craft Jury to be held on Wednesday, July 10th
Attention all Ashe County Crafters, a second craft Jury will be held on Wednesday, July 10th at the Ashe County Farmers Market from 8:30 – 12 noon. All crafters should have their crafts at the market and set up by 9:45. The judges will begin their process at 10:00 am sharp. Crafts can be picked back up at noon. Board Meeting Scheduled
The next Ashe County Farmers Board Meeting will be held on Monday, July 8th from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the Farmers Market.
Father’s Day at the Farmers Market
Join us this Saturday, June 15th at the Farmers Market. Chef Ric Caine will be cooking up something special, Flower Child Face Painting by Teri Pasley, Music by Pig Ankle Annie. Still need a Father’s Day gift, come browse our many vendors for something special. See you at the Market!
Fiber Day, June 1st at the Farmers Market
Come join us this Saturday, June 1st for the 12th annual Fiber Day! We will have sheep shearing, demos of fiber preparation (picking and carding), spinning and weaving. The hands on activity will include wool dyeing with kool-aide (using lidded condiment cups to help avoid spills), yarn making, and felting. Activities will begin at 9 am. There will also be baby lambs.
